Square, portrait, story, and carousel templates for the firm's Instagram account, each in three steps: Minimal, Accent, and Bold. Instagram captions cannot carry a working link, so every image points to the link in bio instead of a URL.

The default Instagram post: the tallest feed image. The profile grid crops it to 3:4, so 34px drop off each side; turn on the guides to see the hatched edges.

Carousel · cover, content, CTA
A three-slide carousel in portrait. The cover makes one promise and asks for the swipe. The content slide keeps it. The last slide asks for one action. Every slide carries the logo and a slide count, and all three share one step and one photo treatment.

Captions
Instagram does not turn caption URLs into links. Point people to the link in bio, and keep the bio link on the page the post is about.
Part
Rule
First line
The hook. Only the opening line shows before "more", so it has to make the point on its own.
Links
None in the caption. End with "link in bio". In stories, use the link sticker.
Hashtags
Three to five, at the end of the caption. Mix place and topic, for example #Raleigh #EstatePlanning #NorthCarolina.
Alt text
Write it on every post under Advanced settings. Describe the photo, then repeat the words on the image.
Carousels
The caption says what the slides cover. Each slide's alt text repeats that slide's words.
Disclaimer
Promotional posts end with "Attorney advertising. General information, not legal advice."
CaptionEvery role in your plan needs a backup. Executors, trustees, and agents can move, fall ill, or say no. Book a free consultation through the link in bio.
