Eventbrite, Facebook & webinars

Event images for the free community seminar and the webinar, each in three steps: Minimal, Accent, and Bold. Every image carries the date, the time, the venue or platform, and the firm name, so it still works when it is shared without the listing.

Eventbrite event image · 2160 × 1080

The listing's hero image. Eventbrite shows it full width on the event page and crops it toward the centre on search and listing cards, so the hatched 280px side zones carry photo only, never copy.

Listing context. A listing card shows the middle 1600px of the image. The logo, headline, and date still read, and only photo is lost at the edges. The listing title repeats the headline on the image word for word.

Facebook event cover · 1920 × 1005

The cover on a Facebook event page and on the event card in the feed. Same seminar, same words as the Eventbrite listing, so a guest who sees both knows it is one event.

Webinars

One webinar, three placements: the LinkedIn event page, a square promo post, and a story. All three use the same headline, date, and time (12:00 pm ET). The time always carries its timezone.

LinkedIn event cover · 1776 × 444

A 4:1 strip on the LinkedIn event page. The headline, date, and time sit side by side so the strip reads in one glance.

Webinar promo post · 1080 × 1080

The square feed post that drives registrations on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Webinar story · 1080 × 1920

Full-screen story for Facebook and Instagram. Hatched bands mark where the profile row and the reply bar cover the image; copy stays between them.

Event rules

An event image gets screenshotted, shared, and reposted without its listing. It has to answer what, when, and where on its own.

Do
  • Put the date, the time, and the venue or platform on every image.
  • Give the time a timezone when people join online (12:00 pm ET). An in-person time takes the venue instead.
  • Use the listing title as the headline, word for word.
  • Show the full Pierce Law Group logo on every image.
  • Keep Eventbrite copy inside the middle 1600px.
Don't
  • Put text, the logo, or the date in Eventbrite's side crop zones.
  • Write a different headline for the image and the listing.
  • Use "today", "tomorrow", or "this Thursday". Images outlive the week.
  • Put copy in a story's top 250px or bottom 340px.
  • Promise outcomes. The seminar and webinar are general information, not legal advice.
Disclaimer. The listing description and the post caption carry the line "Attorney advertising. General information, not legal advice." The image does not need it.
